Custom and Tailored Items
Because custom garments are made specifically to your measurements and design choices, they are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We stand behind our workmanship and will make reasonable adjustments to achieve the agreed fit.
Alterations and Adjustments
- Complimentary adjustments are available within 30 days of pickup for issues related to fit based on the original specifications.
- Changes requested after the 30-day period or outside the original specifications may incur additional costs.
- Garments must be in unworn, unaltered condition (aside from our initial work) for complimentary adjustments.
Ready-to-Wear or Non-Custom Items
If we offer non-custom accessories or ready-to-wear items, unopened and unused products may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
Service Issues
If you believe there is a workmanship issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your garment. We will assess the garment and, if an error is confirmed, provide corrective alterations at no additional cost.
Payments and Deposits
Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has begun. Balances are due upon completion and pickup of the garment.
Order Cancellations
Custom orders may be cancellable only before materials are ordered and work has started. Any non-refundable material costs or labor performed up to cancellation will be deducted from refundable amounts when applicable.
Pickup and Storage
- Please pick up garments within 30 days of completion. Storage fees may apply thereafter.
- Unclaimed garments after 90 days may be donated or repurposed to cover storage and handling costs.
How to Request an Adjustment or Return
Contact us with your order details, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We will schedule a fitting or review to resolve the matter promptly.
